healthy 18-year-old man presented with an asymptomatic,
hyperpigmented hairy patch on the right side of
his face and neck. The lesion had been present since
aged 10 years and had become larger, darker, and
covered with coarse dark hairs several years before
the initial visit (Fig. 1). He had no previous sunburn
or trauma on the affected areas. Physical examination
revealed the absence of the right maxillary lateral
incisor and the right canine tooth, and facial asymmetry. |
