Becker's melanosis with fibrous dysplasia

±èÇöÁø, ±è°æ´Þ, À̹«Çü Int J Dermatol 2002 Jul;41(7):384-6

A healthy 18-year-old man presented with an asymptomatic, hyperpigmented hairy patch on the right side of his face and neck. The lesion had been present since aged 10 years and had become larger, darker, and covered with coarse dark hairs several years before the initial visit (Fig. 1). He had no previous sunburn or trauma on the affected areas. Physical examination revealed the absence of the right maxillary lateral incisor and the right canine tooth, and facial asymmetry.
