Breast seroma is one of the complications of mastectomy and axillary dissection. It is usually found at second or third postoperative day. Seroma is defined as any clinically detected collection of fluid  at  the  operative  site.  We  report ultrasonographic and computed tomographic findings of an unusually long standing seroma which was persisted for one and a half year, and needed to differentiated from recurred or persistent cancer.
