Decision of admission and process

- After receiving written decision of admission from corresponding department, submit the written decision of admission and health insurance card to window number 100 of Admission Affairs Team on the 1st floor of the main building

- State 1 guarantor when preparing the admission agreement
(Qualification of guarantor: Householder or other adult with secured occupation)

- Admission may be delayed according to the room availability (reservation for admission is allowed)

- Process written decision of admission, 1 copy of treatment request form and medical examination card in the nurse office of corresponding ward

- Enter in ward according to the direction of nurse

- Treatment

Discharge process

- After receiving the decision of discharge from attending doctor, receive written decision of discharge from nurse office and process in window number 300 in Discharge Affairs Team on 1st floor (The attending doctor normally gives a notice of discharge a day before).

- Receive the medical fee bill, pay at window number 500 and receive Discharge certificate and diagnosis reservation certificate

Returning home

- Submit discharge certificate to nurse’s office, receive discharge medicine and return home.
