East-West Arthritis and Rheumatoid Center is an arthritis specialist team consisting of the professors of department of orthopedics, department of rheumatic internal medicine, and department of acupuncture and moxibustion that provides the arthritis and rheumatic treatment of a new level through the connection of scientific diagnosis and treatment of the Western medicine with the Korean medicine treatment.
The arthritis is treated by medication, physical therapy, acupuncture and moxibustion, herbal acupuncture, surgical treatment, and artificial joint replacement according to the cause, constitution, seriousness and symptom of arthritis. Besides the treatment of arthritis, the center aims to reduce various side effects that may occur after a long treatment and optimize the overall health of the patient.
